Our Mission is to ensure that every person who comes to Invictus to participate in our programs is supported and enabled to reach their full potential.
Invictus provides training classes for career-oriented, culinary and pastry bakers as well as ambitious newcomers!
Our Story to Date
Founded in March 2017
In 2017, we…
• Launched baking classes focused on creating products for the culinary sector
• Began with our proof of concept product — No Bones About It dog biscuits
• Developed more complex recipes for our Bakers to master to continue refining their skills
As of Fall 2021, we…
• Have invested in a bakery space to expand enrollment and programming
• Are running consistent weekday and weekend classes
• Have created paid employment opportunities for our Certified Bakers who are eligible for paid work outside of our baking classes
