Our Mission

Our Mission is to ensure that every person who comes to Invictus to participate in our programs is supported and enabled to reach their full potential.

Invictus provides training classes for career-oriented, culinary and pastry bakers as well as ambitious newcomers!

Our Story to Date

Founded in March 2017

In 2017, we…

• launched baking classes focused on creating products for the culinary sector

• began with our proof of concept product — No Bones About It dog biscuits

In 2019, we…

• invested in a bakery space in Park Slope, Brooklyn to expand enrollment and programming

• developed more complex recipes for our Bakers to master to continue refining their skills

• began selling our own products!

In 2022:

• we launched our HIRE ME employment initiative with Bain & Co. as our inaugural partner.

• Since then, we have significantly grown our HIRE ME employment partners to now include so many amazing and supportive companies.

Present…

• We continue to expand our programming catered to Bakers’ skillsets which now includes dishwashing, Instructor-training, front-of-house, brand ambassadorship, and more!
