Volunteers who visit Invictus Bakery on an occasional basis and participate in volunteer activities are always under supervision of Invictus staff.  Please review our Ethics & Professionalism Policy below:

Invictus Bakery relies on your integrity and good judgment to observe all ethical, professional and Department of Health food safety codes and standards, as well as sound practices. You are expected to use good judgment, moral character and common sense in the determination of all acts that could violate good business ethics or cause harm (including reputational) to Invictus Bakery, Invictus staff and Bakers in our program.
